Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn products in their original Ever UGG packaging and include all tags and documentation to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
